Delete your account

This removes your Auth user and owned training data on HyPace servers. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription by itself.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open HyPace and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The app calls our server, which deletes your Firebase Auth user, Firestore trees under your user ID, Storage files under users/{uid}/, and then signs you out on this device.

Without the app

If you uninstalled HyPace, email us from the same address you used to sign in:

Include the email on the account (and Google account name if you used Google Sign-In).

We complete email requests within 30 days, usually sooner. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the address.

What is deleted

Firebase Authentication user
Athlete profile and preferences
Sims, train sessions, active workout, week plan, race weekend, station stats, goals, notification docs
Push registration for that user
Files stored under your user folder

What is not deleted here

Google Play / App Store billing. Cancel Premium in the store so you are not charged after the period ends. Deleting HyPace does not refund past charges.
Store records. Google and Apple keep purchase history as required for payments.
Aggregated diagnostics that can no longer identify you.

After deletion

You can create a new HyPace account with the same email later. Training history from the deleted account does not come back.
